Education Committee

The Education Committee of Algomed Hospital operates to enhance employees’ professional knowledge and skills, improve service quality, and support a culture of continuous learning. The committee identifies institutional training needs, prepares annual training plans, and evaluates the effectiveness of educational activities.
 

Orientation programs, professional development training, quality and patient safety education, infection control training, and in-service training activities are conducted regularly. These educational processes help employees adapt to current knowledge and practices while supporting the effectiveness and safety of healthcare services.
