Patient Safety Committee

The Patient Safety Committee of Algomed Hospital operates to identify potential risks in healthcare delivery, reduce factors that may threaten patient safety, and improve safe care processes. The committee carries out its activities in accordance with national regulations and Healthcare Quality Standards.
 

Processes such as patient identification, safe medication management, fall prevention, safe surgery practices, adverse event reporting, and risk management are regularly monitored by the committee. Improvement activities are planned and implemented based on the data collected from these processes.
