Canan Can Akgul completed her higher education at Ankara University Chemical Engineering. After receiving the Business Management (preMBA) program at ITEC International Business School and the University of Lefke, she completed the Hacettepe University Health Institutions Management and London City College Strategic Hospital Management programs. She started to work in the field of health in 1995, and between 1999-2007 she worked as a sales specialist, product specialist and sales team manager in the pharmaceutical sector. She joined the Algomed Private Health Services group in 2008 and worked at all stages of the Algomed Hospital, including the establishment and licensing phases. Canan Can Akgul, who has been working as the Executive Director at Algomed Hospital since May 2013, is married and has a child.

Ülkü İzgır, who was born on August 21, 1977 in the Yumurtalık district of Adana, completed her secondary education at Ceyhan Health Vocational High School in 1996. She continues his education at Erzurum Atatürk University, Department of Emergency and Disaster Management. She worked as a nurse, educational nurse and assistant head nurse in various health institutions. Ülkü İzgir is married and has 2 children.
