Visiting your loved ones receiving treatment at our hospital is of great importance for their morale and motivation. However, in order to protect the health of our patients and prevent disruptions in their treatment processes, it is mandatory to comply with the following rules:
1. Visiting Hours
- Visiting hours at our hospital are daily between [09:00 – 22:00].
- Due to the need for our patients to rest, visit requests outside these hours are not accepted.
2. Patient Health and Hygiene
- Clean your hands with the disinfectants at the room entrances before and after visits.
- Due to the risk of infection, do not sit on patient beds and do not use the patient's personal belongings.
- It is kindly requested that individuals showing signs of contagious diseases such as fever, cough or sneezing postpone their visits.
3. Child Visitors
- Due to the sensitivity of their immune systems and the possibility of being negatively affected by the hospital environment, it is recommended that children under the age of 12 not be brought for clinical visits.
- Acceptance of child visitors is possible only with the approval of the responsible nurse on the relevant floor and provided that the visit is short.
4. Companion and Number Limit
- A maximum of two (2) visitors are allowed in the patient room at the same time. Crowded groups can lower the oxygen level in the room and risk the health of our patient.
- Limit your visits to 10-15 minutes to preserve the peace of other patients and the right to rest of your own patient.
5. Food, Beverage and Flower Policy
- Food/Beverage: Since our patients may have special diet programs, bringing outside food and drink without a doctor's approval is strictly prohibited.
- Flowers: Due to the risk of infection and the possibility of pollen allergy, live/potted flowers are not accepted in patient rooms. Incoming flowers are kept at our information desk to be delivered during discharge procedures.
6. Prohibited Substances and Device Usage
- Use of cigarettes/tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside the hospital and in enclosed areas.
- Due to the sensitivity of medical devices, cell phone usage may be restricted in some units; please pay attention to the warning signs.
7. Special Units (Intensive Care and Newborn)
- Intensive Care: Visits in these units are made only for first-degree relatives of the patient, at specific times determined by the physician, using necessary protective equipment (gown, mask, etc.).
- Newborn Unit: For the health of our babies, entry to this unit is very restricted and strict sterilization rules are applied.
