Rights of Patients and Their Relatives
All our guests receiving services from our hospital have the following rights within the framework of the Patient Rights Regulation published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey and international declarations of patient rights:

1. Access to Services in a Fair and Equitable Manner

  • Every individual applying to our hospital has the right to benefit from all services without discrimination based on race, language, religion, sect, gender, political opinion, or social status.
  • All our patients have equal access to the technical facilities and care standards required by their health condition.

2. Information and Request for Information

  • You have the right to receive information in an understandable language about your diagnosis, planned treatment process, possible risks, chances of success, and alternative treatment methods.
  • You have the right to request a copy of your medical records and to review the information in your files.

3. Choosing/Changing Healthcare Facilities and Personnel

  • Patients have the right to choose or change the unit, doctor, nurse, and other healthcare personnel they are treated by.
  • You have the right to learn the identity information, titles, and areas of expertise of the personnel working in our hospital.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality (Right to Privacy)

  • All examination, diagnosis, and treatment procedures are performed in a private environment where third parties cannot see or hear.
  • All data regarding your medical information and private life will not be shared with any institution or person without the patient's consent, except for legal obligations (KVKK compliance).
  • Patients may request that individuals not directly related to their treatment not be present in the examination room.

5. Medical Consent (Informed Consent) You have the right to freely give your "consent" before any medical procedure, after being informed about the scope and results of the operation. You have the right to refuse or interrupt treatment, except in life-threatening emergency situations. Your doctor will inform you about the possible consequences of this. 6. Receiving Services in Safety and Comfort Patients and their relatives have the right to demand the safety of life and property in all physical areas within the hospital. Our hospital is committed to providing accommodation in a noise-free, hygienic and modern environment. 7.

Fulfilling Religious Obligations

You have the right to worship according to your religious beliefs and to call a religious official, provided that it does not disrupt the general order of our hospital and the peace of other patients.

8. Having Companions and Visitors

You have the right to have companions and receive visitors within the framework of hospital rules, provided that it is supportive of the treatment process and there is no medical impediment.

9. Respect for Human Values

Our patients and their relatives have the right to receive healthcare services befitting human dignity, with a friendly, kind and compassionate approach at all times.

10. Complaints and Feedback

  • You have the right to express any dissatisfaction with our service quality, to submit a complaint, and to be informed about the results of this application.
  • Your opinions and suggestions are carefully examined in order to improve our service quality.
