At Algomed Hospital, the White Code system has been established to ensure rapid and effective intervention in cases of violence, threats, assaults, or situations that may jeopardize the safety of patients, patient relatives, and healthcare professionals.
 

The White Code Team consists of relevant administrators, security personnel, and healthcare staff when required. Team members respond promptly to incidents and contribute to maintaining the safety of both employees and patients. They are regularly informed about their duties and responsibilities and receive the necessary training.
 

Activities aimed at maintaining a safe working environment, protecting employee rights, and preventing violence are effectively carried out through the White Code system.
