The Employee Health and Safety Committee of Algomed Hospital operates to ensure that employees work in a healthy and safe environment. The committee conducts regular activities to plan, evaluate, and improve occupational health and safety practices.
 

Its primary areas of focus include identifying occupational risks, conducting risk assessments, implementing preventive measures, and preventing workplace accidents. In addition, training programs, health screenings, and awareness activities for employees are carried out on a regular basis.
 

The Employee Health and Safety Committee aims to strengthen employee safety, reduce occupational risks, and establish a sustainable culture of safety in accordance with national regulations and Healthcare Quality Standards.
